Here are a few tips to help you along the way:

         7 AM - 11 PM, Monday - Saturday
         

 List your reasons to quit. Keep them in mind to make it through tough times.

 Build a Quit Team: your friends, family, doctor and dentist. Let them know you're quitting so they can support you.

 Set a Quit Date. Mark a date on your calendar no more than two weeks from when you decide you're ready.

 Don't give in to cravings. These usually last for only 3-5 minutes.
